nice dust. I am not feeling very creative these days, but some lovely red sawdust might just help.

It's purty dust, huh? Yeah, Tex does all the hard stuff. I just glue, sand, and sneeze for the most part... :)

Tell Tex that not all folks named Tex have to drive pick-ups and wear cowboy hats. I just pictured a tall handsome guy, friendly but with a little bit of shyness and a nice smile.
Spam is great stuff and one of the things I miss because of being older and having to care about my salt intake. I still cut it up and put it in a few things, though.
I love the color of those woods, but then I am a wood freak. I could live at Home Depot in the lumber section. The smell is heavenly to me. I love working with wood.

You are spot on about Tex, except that he's not shy at all. I am this odd mixture of intro and extrovert. Hmm... That might be something to blog about! I worry that I'll lose my Nablopomo momentum!

I love the smell of wood, too. Tex is always having me try to identify different kinds of lumber by it's smell. I'm getting better at it.

I'll tell him he's got a fellow Spam devotee out there! I think of it as something to eat when camping, but he loves to sneak it into omelets and things. One night he made Spam crepes. They were tasty! :)

I just wanted to fingerpaint in that dust, actually! And thank you; I am having fun creating. :)
